CEI Partners is an ophthalmology-focused healthcare company with three divisions: Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and South Atlantic. The regional footprint extends from Minnesota through Virginia and Alabama to Texas, with most of the division operating in the Midwest. Mark Hauser is also an investor in HME, an industry-leading medical equipment company.

Meanwhile, Midwest Eye Care is one of Kansas City’s largest eye care centres.
