Implus Corporation Appoints Michael Polk as Interim Chief Executive Officer

 DURHAM, N.C., Feb. 10, 2020** – Implus Corporation,

appointment of Michael Polk as the Interim Chief Executive Officer. This
significant change in leadership follows the departure of Seth Richards, the
former CEO, and Todd Vore, President, who are both stepping down to explore new
opportunities. 

Michael Polk brings a wealth of experience to Implus Corporation. Previously, he served
as the President and CEO of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. His illustrious
career also includes executive roles at industry giants like Unilever and
Kraft, as well as an early career start at The Procter & Gamble Company. 

“Michael Polk’s extensive background in the consumer products sector makes him an

currently a board member at Colgate-Palmolive Company and Logitech
International. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in
operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University.
