business world, including 25 years in corporate finance, Manifold has le ft an

Having attended Flinders University, where he obtained a
Bachelor of Economics with Honors, and later earning a Master of Business
Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Australian Graduate School of
Management (AGSM), Manifold possesses a solid educational foundation. Coupled
with his extensive  experience, he has honed his expertise in advising clients
in various industries, including agriculture, consumer goods, financial
services, information technology, manufacturing, and retail.

Throughout his career, Manifold has been involved in
numerous high-profile deals, including the divestmen t  of S. Kidman & Co,
the largest transaction he has led to date. He has also advised on notable
acquisitions such as ABB Grain and Adelaide Bank, as well as the sale of Powerhealth.
With a track record of more than 60 completed transactions and valuations worth
over $25 billion, Manifold’s expertise in providing independent expert reports
and valuations is widely recognized. 

In 2018, Manifold became the Joint Managing Director of
Equity & Advisory, a leading South Australian Corporate Advisory firm. He
also founded Manifold Advisory Partners, offering strategic guidance and
execution support at the board level. His firm leverages decades of experience
in professional services to deliver optimal o utcomes for clients across
Australia and beyond. 

Don Manifold’s contributions extend beyond his professional
endeavors. He serves as the Chair of EC Carpets, ADX Depot, and Hybrid Ag, and
is a director of Whittles Management. Additionally, he  has served on various
finance and risk committees, including the Seymour College Finance and Risk
Committee.
