Before this role, she served in key positions within Governor JB Pritzker’s administration as Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs and House Liaison of Legislative Affairs.

During her state government service, Holman demonstrated proficiency in advancing progressive initiatives, successfully managing legislation addressing pension reform, business development, gaming regulations, higher education enhancement, and healthcare accessibility. Her experience extends to county government, where she served as Legislative Coordinator for State Legislative Affairs in the Cook County Board President’s Office.

Her background also includes service as a research and appropriations analyst in the Illinois House Speaker’s Office, providing her with comprehensive insight into legislative processes and intergovernmental relations. This diverse experience gives her a valuable perspective on policy implementation and governmental cooperation.
