Zaxby’s restaurant rewards customers that join their loyalty program or download the Zaxby’s app by giving them a free Big Zak Snack Meal. It includes chicken fingers, Texas Toast, and sauce served with fries; and Coca-Cola drink served freestyle. the app offers a free meal and makes it easy for customers to earn points to get free meals and items on the menu.

The chief marketing and strategy officer Patrick Schwing says that the customers appreciate the app and rewards program. The results have exceeded what they expected and since launching the app they have doubled the number of users. Every dollar spent by customers adds up to free points that lead to free menu items and discounts on food and drinks.

Customers at Zaxby’s can score points by ordering in the restaurant, online, or using the app. For three cookies a customer needs 250 points. Five boneless wings customers must have 750 points and the Big Zak Snak Meal needs 1.050 points. Reward points expire after one year and customers should use them in a timely fashion.

Zaxby’s app offers the ability to save your favorite meals and menu items, makes checkout easy, gives customers the ability to pick up orders or have them delivered to their home or living space. The app makes it convenient for customers to order lunch or dinner at the office or home.

In July to celebrate National Chicken Wing Day Zaks offered Buy One Get One free traditional chicken wings. The offer came with 10 wings tossed in one of the eight sauces they offer and a side of Ranch dressing. The promotion was run July 28 and 29. This offer was only available for Zaks Rewardz members and could only be used by ordering online or using the app.

Customers can join Zaks Rewardz program on Google Play or the App Store. The benefits are customers can order ahead for pickup and delivery on hectic days. It offers points that lead to free meals and discounts.
