The role relied heavily on data processing and computer-based analysis methods.

His subsequent position at Itaipu Hydroelectric Plant offered a contrasting environment. Working as an advisor within the state-owned enterprise, he observed firsthand the procedural complexities that accompanied technology purchases in government settings. Asset classification requirements and bureaucratic approval processes created friction that private sector organisations typically avoided.

Founding Multiple Technology Enterprises

These observations informed the creation of Minauro, structured specifically to address public sector computing needs through equipment leasing rather than sales. Contracts included maintenance provisions and scheduled hardware updates, sidestepping the permanent asset complications he had witnessed at Itaipu. The business expanded through company acquisitions, eventually becoming the e-Governe Group with software offerings for municipal administration.

Horizons Telecom represented his entry into connectivity services, launching in 2010 to serve business clients. Haroldo Jacobovicz developed the telecommunications operator over the following decade before shifting focus toward his next project.
